In my quest for health and recipes to share with  the world, I wanted to post this recipe. I found it in the book “Forks Over Knives” and it has been also published online. This is AMAZING. It applies to health in that it is all plant based. This is low inflammatory, dairy free and makes a nice portion that you can freeze for later. In general, I have been experimenting a lot with plant based diets. Have had some great success with prostate health, cardiovascular health and general wellness by recommending this lifestyle. For those that simply cannot go without meat, you can always add it, but by basing your diet around plants, at least you can assure that you get enough vegetables in the day. Plants are anti-inflammatory, packed full of nutrients and very filling!
