A twist on an old favorite! Thanks to one of my favorite blogs!

If you are going to have some fat, then make it the “good” fat of an avocado!
Avocado Pesto Pasta! YUM! Ate it for leftovers the next day as well. We pan seared brussels sprouts with a touch of olive oil and salt and pepper and served alongside. (not part of the original recipe)

Very creamy! Very Yummy! Use brown rice pasta or quinoa pasta for those gluten free. The kids loved it too! We thought that next time, we will add some chopped red/orange peppers.
